Bladehub Mail-In Sharpening - Shear and Clipper Blades Sharpening by Mail

• Small Kit: $50 minimum sharpening order per shipment.
• Medium Kit: $88 minimum sharpening order per shipment.
• Large Kit: $144 minimum sharpening order per shipment.

The minimum applies to the total sharpening value of shears, clipper blades, or a mixed order. If the normal service total is below the selected kit minimum, the order is billed at the kit minimum.

• 3 regular A5 blades in a Small Kit: regular service value is $27, so the shipment is billed at the $50 Small Kit minimum.
• 4 shears in a Medium Kit: 4 × $22 = $88, which meets the Medium Kit minimum.
• 4 shears and 3 regular blades in a Medium Kit: $88 + $27 = $115.
• 8 shears in a Large Kit: 8 × $18 = $144, which meets the Large Kit minimum.

• Small: up to 3 shears.
• Medium: up to 6 shears and 9 blades.
• Large: up to 9 shears and 9 blades.

Use the kit that safely fits the tools you normally send and supports your typical order value. Do not force the lid closed or overfill the insert.

Purchasing a Bladehub Mail-In Kit does not permanently lock in future sharpening, repair, shipping, or policy rates.

Orders are billed using the rates and terms in effect when Bladehub receives and processes the shipment.

Bladehub verifies the actual contents upon receipt and bills according to the tools received, required work, and applicable kit minimum.

Bladehub receives, inspects, counts, and services the tools in your shipment. When the order is complete, you receive a secure payment link.

Completed orders ship after payment is received. Qualifying kit-system orders return with the next prepaid label ready for future use.

Minor repair work may be completed automatically when needed to return a professional tool to proper working condition. Applicable repair or parts charges may be added.

If a tool needs unusual, major, or out-of-scope work, Bladehub may contact you before proceeding. Unnecessary repairs are not added.

After your shipment arrives, Bladehub sends a secure tracking link. The link may show arrival, in-shop progress, completion and payment status, and return-shipping tracking.

Bladehub services most professional grooming, salon, and barber shears, along with supported clipper blades. If a tool is unusually worn, damaged, risky, or outside normal service scope, Bladehub may contact you or return it unserviced.

Bladehub Mail-In Kits are designed for routine maintenance and repeat sharpening, not oversized clean-outs or bulk shop inventory.

Place tools only in their designated insert slots. Do not include clipper bodies, cords, chargers, bulky cases, loose accessories, or unnecessary packing materials unless Bladehub specifically instructs you to do so.

If a shipment is overfilled, overweight, unsafe, or mismatched to the selected kit, Bladehub may limit what is serviced, require different packaging, adjust billing, or contact you before proceeding.

If a kit is lost or damaged before use, contact Bladehub. Replacement packaging may be available, but replacement and shipping charges may apply.

Repeat-system benefits continue only while the Bladehub kit system remains active and is used as intended.

Each prepaid return label is valid for 90 days from the date it is created. If it expires before use, Bladehub may provide one courtesy replacement label.

If more than 6 months pass between kit orders, a new kit may be required to restart the repeat-shipping system.

Bladehub does not provide shipping insurance. Any carrier coverage is subject to the carrier’s terms, limits, and claims process. Transit times, delays, loss, and shipping damage are also subject to the carrier.

Most routine orders are completed in approximately 1–3 business days after arrival, depending on workload, order size, and required repairs. Turnaround estimates are not guarantees.

Bladehub is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, severe wear, rust, previous poor repairs, or tool conditions that limit the final result.
